This website is operated by SpookHaus. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. Children's products are sold to adults for use by children under adult supervision.

Products and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We do our best to display our products and their colors accurately, but screens vary and product photos are for illustration. We may change prices, and correct pricing or description errors, at any time without notice. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will contact you before shipping so you can confirm or cancel.

Orders and payment

Orders are placed and paid for through Shopify's checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud, an error, or an unauthorised resale. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund it in full.

Discounts

Only one discount code can be used per order. Discount codes cannot be combined with automatic discounts; checkout applies one or the other.

Shipping and returns

Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

Product use and safety

Costumes, masks, decorations and lights are intended for costume and decorative use only. Keep decorations away from open flames and heat sources. Some products contain small parts and are not suitable for young children; see each product page for age and supervision notes. Do not leave children unattended while wearing costumes.

Intellectual property

The content of this site, including text, graphics, logos and images, may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpookHaus is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept them.
