Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping: $8.00
Standard shipping is free on orders of $70.00 or more, calculated after any discounts are applied
Express shipping: $15.00

Processing and delivery

Orders are fulfilled by our fulfilment partner and ship from overseas warehouses. Most orders arrive within 12 to 20 days of being placed, which is roughly 9 to 15 business days. You will receive an order confirmation by email when you place your order, and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order ships, whenever the carrier provides them. Delivery times can run longer during the Halloween peak and over public holidays.

Halloween cut-off: to receive an order in time for 31 October, place it by 10 October. Orders placed after that date are unlikely to arrive before Halloween.

Order changes and cancellations

Email simonlaz@spookhaus.store with your order number as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed we will do our best to change or cancel it. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be changed; see our refund policy for returns.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is marked delivered but has not arrived, or arrives damaged, email us within 15 days of the delivery date with your order number (and photos for damage) and we will help.
