Refund policy

15-day returns

You can return most items within 15 days of the delivery date for a refund. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging with any tags attached.

How to start a return

Email simonlaz@spookhaus.store with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back before you hear from us.

Return shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund items that do not reach us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will refund the item price to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refunded. It can take several business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, email us within 15 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or a refund.
